UK delivery
Every piece is made to order in 3–5 working days, then sent with the service you choose. Wedding orders start once you approve your proof. You’ll see your exact arrival date before you pay.

Personalised items
The short version, in plain English.
Because your piece is made just for you, we can’t accept returns if you change your mind. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or different from your approved design, tell us within 14 days and we’ll remake or refund it — your statutory rights are unaffected.
That’s why we show a live preview, ask you to confirm your spelling, and send wedding orders a free proof before we cut anything.
Not personalised? Ready-made pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty.
