How far ahead should I order?
Six to eight weeks before your day is ideal. Place names need a few extra days for your proof. Use “Plan by your date” above to see your exact order-by dates.
Will I see a proof before you make it?
Yes — every wedding order includes a free digital proof within one working day. Nothing is cut until you approve it.
Can I match colours to my theme?
Choose from frosted and clear acrylic, mirror gold or solid oak. Message the studio if you need something else and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
Can you deliver to my venue?
Yes — add the venue as your delivery address and the coordinator’s name in the delivery note at checkout.
What if a name is wrong?
If it differs from your approved proof, we’ll remake it free. If the proof was approved with a typo, we’ll remake it at cost and rush it where we can.
